Getting Started

You decide what we are going to work on. The topic might be already clear to you as well as still a bit foggy in your mind, a clutter of thoughts. Either way it is fine as I am here to help you. I invite you to book a free consultation session with me. This gives us the opportunity to discuss what you want to work on and ultimately create a plan.

step two

Choose what is right for you

Coaching is an investment and commitment you make to yourself, just like the one we make for our health by having a membership for the gym or other sports. Therefore, you have choices out of 2 packages. All sessions are done via video calling. This means you can choose your space where you like to speak with me. For example from the comfort of your couch! All you need is a device you can do video calling with, good internet connection, and yourself!

step three

Plan your sessions

By the end of each session we will schedule our next session. In coaching, it is recommended to have about 7 to 14 days between sessions. For change to be successful we have to allow time, practice, and reflection to be part of the process.

step four

Yeah, I want some more!

We are all ever-changing beings, so it is completely normal that after a while you want to reflect or to be coached on something else. You have the option to go for one of the packages or a single coaching session of 1 hour.
